it seems not many people know the truth about silence. For some it seems to be some place to find, often on a hard road full of suffering. And it is suffering because we look in the wrong direction.......we seek and you shall find doctrine....read with the carnal mind, understood with the carnal mind. In the spirit it is: be still and know......the silence shall find you for it is within you.....it is you. All you have to "do" is: be still.....nothing to do......Now the you is not the person by any name......likewise, turn it around...the you is the "I"....the I of me and the father are one.....you are not separated from the father......ever! Your "personal" energy field is one with the One energy field. There is not even a tiny energy field called you and a giant energy field called father......there is no you.....there's only the I...the I of I AM........

Silence is rest......rest from the seeking for more....rest from the climb to come up hither.......rest from the pursuit of silence.......for we have found that rest to be us...the singular I.....the observer and the observed...that sought for and that found......ONE......and that is true love.....one body...one loaf......."I" do not hate my own body.........there can be no offence given.....and there can be no offence taken.......for the light has usurped the darkness....there is no labelling in that One.......no judging.....judge not lest you judge the One.......

As a man thinketh so is he said jesus and I could never believe that because at one stage I thought I was a sinner, lost and no more but a body. And yet all that time I was never lost, never separated from God and much more than just a body. To the spiritual man it points to a deeper/higher meaning: as a (carnal) man thinketh not, he is not (carnal). That's when man is beyond thought, in the silence, One and yet in that pure awareness/consciousness can he use thoughts and manifest whatever he wills.

I have found the one I was looking for ......me (I). I found I.......in the silence. And you (as the I)...are there with me (I)....blessed man that I am......is.
