Perhaps if one ate fish and vegetables one would never get fat, as a vegetarian I need to watch the carbs. Apparentluy ancinet mankind lived in coastal areas and ate fish, gfish has omega 3 and a similar necessary ingredient only found in mother's milk, it develops the brain and stops memory loss. Fish or sea vegetables are the only food source that develops the brain in a unique way from other animals. Other protein sources like cattle, poultry and sheep are not really good.
