Entering into Pure Awareness the Spirit of Life comes to understand that it falls into error of separation not because it (literally) fell into flesh and sin and ego but because it metaphorically or psychologically contracts or darkens its awareness causing it to become ignorant of its invisible, undivided unconscious nature.

Martin Luther King Jr put it it this way [parenthesis mine]: "Whenever you [the Spirit of life] set out to build a creative temple, whatever it may be, you [the Spirit of life] must face the fact that there is a tension at the heart of the universe between good and evil. Hinduism refers to this as a struggle between illusion and reality. Platonic philosophy used to refer to it as a tension between body and soul. Zoroastrianism, a religion of old, used to refer to it as a tension between the god of light and the god of darkness. Traditional Judaism and Christianity refer to it as a tension between God and Satan. Whatever you [the Spirit of life] call it, there is a struggle in the universe between good and evil."

Which means the creative temple of belief in having a divided moral identity is the cause of the tension or struggle within the heart of every man. This is his suffering, this is his cross to bear. How is this suffering removed?

There is only one way, the way of entering the silence of the invisible unconscious. Here Awareness (not the soul, not the Son, not the personality, not the ego) becomes aware that identity is a self-imposed delusion/illusion, that there is always and only awareness of things (the principle of no thought returns void). Or put another way, Awareness becomes aware it is totally and wholly responsible (response-able) for and to Itself.
