Once upon a time God wandered around the garden of his earth looking for Adam and Eve. God would cry out:" where are you?" But Adam and Eve went into hiding, for they knew they had disobeyed God. So God came through the Garden every day in the cool for six times, but there was no response to his calls... yet God could have fixed their plight in one instant. Indeed they had spent so much time hiding in the shadows and covering their bodies of light, the light had gone out from them. In those days their bodies were made of finer matter and glowed like the Sun, for they were sons and daughters of God and "God is Light." They "were children of Light."
But when the light became darkness "how great the darkness became" and so God had to clothe Adam and Eve in skins. Adam and Eve had fallen into such a void of darkness, they could no longer experience the world about them, for they could only hide from the Sun and the light.
So God made Adam and Eve skins as we have Today, and once again man could see the world around them clothed in light but no longer with the same dazzling experience. Man now had to see the light through an organ of sight, feel the wind with the organ of skin and all this made him feel separate...before Man was one with all things, all things were made of the same substance as God who is Light and shadows were never even thought of.
So God clothed man with a body of skin so he could see hear, taste, smell and feel with what God clothed him in, but not directly. But then this was God's wisdom to enter His Creation. Had man not fallen God would have forever been outside creation and just looking in........now God in Adam could enter but not in perfection until the second Adam came, who could bring the old creation to an end, and fold up his grave clothes from the first Adam["when Christ died then all have died"] God in the second Adam then transcended man's fall "and His garments became exceedingly white, as no launderer on earth can whiten garments...........and His head and hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire...and His face like the Sun shining in it's strength."
And we are members of this Body.
