Christ said just before he was delivered up by Judas "I am NOW no more in this world." So how did He go to the Cross? It was all a dream. Yes a nightmare, but it only happened to a dream body. That is why it says "Came in the likeness of sinful flesh" Christ new it was only a dream body that incarnated.
You see it is the "God of this World" that gives us a lie, a false sense of location, a very convincing one of course. We are not in this world and never have been, nor are we inside these dream bodies either, they are just projections of the mind, that last longer than the night time ones.
Yes the entire universe is but a floating mass of images......."a universe in a grain of sand" every moment the bardo state a portal of entry, from one dreamscape to another, like the tiny shift of the kaleidoscope, prisms of light appear as forms, images that we give reality to.
'A course in miracles' sums it up: "You are at home in God, dreaming of exile."
